Detecting Moisture

Here is a photo of one of our technicians finding the moisture that is not visible on the surface of this drywall. Finding the source of this moisture before it is extremely visible allows us to come in and remove the dampened materials and prevent further moisture problems and mold growth. As shown in the second photo, after we have detected the area of moisture, we carefully remove that dry wall. We are not done after removing the damaged drywall although it may look as though that is all we did. After removing the drywall, we us our bright green fans to dry out whatever else in the area may be holding any moisture to make sure that we have thoroughly removed all areas of moisture.
