Water Damage

These pictures show a school that sustained water damage from a sprinkler system in a classroom.  Notice the fans that are warped. The ceiling tiles were holding water and if you look closely you can see them started to sag and were close to collapsing.  We removed the ceiling tiles before they fell and became an unsafe environment.  Once the tiles were removed we treated the cavity with an anti microbial treatment and dried the structure itself as well as the ceiling properly.  We completed this classroom to dry standards in three days and the school was very pleased with SERVPRO of Brandywine/Wilmington.
