Commercial Duct Cleaning

These two photos were taken in a large hotel that had been opened after many years of vacancy. The company that had bought the building and was renovating the space and each room were making a lot of major improvements. SERVPRO was called in after the company had noted a strong musky smell in most of their rooms on one wing of the building. Our technicians checked the ducts in each room and the first photo shows what they found. There was a thick lining of dust and dirt most of the ducts which was causing the smell in the rooms. The second photo shows how the ducts looked when our technicians were done cleaning each of them. The building was free of musky odors and ready to be re-opened.
