An Evening Storm

This real estate office located in the Brandywine/Wilmington area called us late one evening during a large storm that was passing. A tree branch had shattered one of their windows and allowed the rain water to flow into the office. Luckily there was an employee of the office there to see what happened and call us once they were safe. You can see in the first photo how dark the room is. The power had been off for some time and our SERVPRO team had to work quickly in the dark to fix the close off the source of the water.
