Hardwood Flooring

These hardwood floors are on the first floor of a home that backs up to a large creek. The damp weather and grounds that the creek creates on the property has had a negative affect on the floors within this house and as you can see the damp wood has started to mold. This is a common result of such a damp environment along with warped hardwood floors which occurs when the wood becomes wet and then dry over and over after a long period of time. As you can see in the after photo, we removed the mold growth and brought the wood floors back to life.
