Winter Weather & Plumbing

This utility room is located in the back of a very large complex that had extremely old plumbing. The weather changes going into the winter can damage old pipes that should be replaced or they may burst. That is exactly what happened here. You can see in the first photo that the floor is covered with a layer of the water that has flowed into the utility room. The room was tight for our technicians and setting up our fans was not that easy but you can see from the second photo the utility room was properly dried and is ready for use.
