A Roof Leak during a Storm

Here is a photo of a school located in the Brandywine/Wilmington area that was affected by a storm after having some work done on their roof. As you can see in the first photo, some of the ceiling tiles are soaked after absorbing the water from the leak. The carpeting is wet in different areas where the rain had soaked all the way through the ceiling and into the floor. In the after photo, the water soaked tiles have been removed from the ceiling and replaced with SERVPRO boards until the roof can be replaced and the carpet is dry and freshly cleaned.
